Activity Log

With the activity log, you can enter in all of the activities you engage in during the day and we'll calculate how many calories you burn. The graphs will tell you what your actual calorie level is (calories expended compared to calories consumed) for the current time, a projected end of day level, and a target level. If you are trying to meet a weight goal we will give you a list of activities to partake in or foods to consume to help you reach your goal.
