I tend to eat fast food not only for the convenience, but because there are times when I crave it. Does anyone have good alternatives for those moment when you're just dying for french fries or a taco?

I know exaccctly what you mean! There are days all i wanna do is hit up mc donalds or taco bell for anything! I think its a matter of laziness for me personally sometimes cooking is a dim prospect after a long day at the office. Its those times that i try to think of something healthier to eat or ill consider okay ive spent this much on fast food in the past 3 months thats a new pair of shoes! and those dont appear on your waistline! I heard that if you drink water with a bit of lemon juice when youre feeling those cravings you fill up on that instead.

Alternatives Fast foods are hemp protien receipes, fruit salads, honey ,raw orange chacoloate receipes.A raw desert recipe can be amazing to eat. They are healthy and free sugars that you might get with traditional recipes. One of the recipe's that you might want to try out is the orange chocolate cheesecake. The texture looks nice and the taste should be delicious. It could be a great recipe to make during the holiday season.
