karly disagrees with the score for 365 Organic Sweet Cream Salted Butter
(16 oz).
karly feels that the score should be A (93-100).
The reason is: Because no one has EVER proved saturated fat is unhealthy and therefore people think the chemical concoction known as "margarine" is a better choice! Also, why detract points for not having fiber?? Is anyone seriously going to rely on butter for fiber?

Our nutrition department is following the research and advisories offered by the USDA and American Heart Association, which find strong evidence that suggest a link between increased saturated fat intake and heart disease, which is why the recommended limit for Saturated Fat is less than seven to ten percent of one's calorie intake. We do recognize that not all Saturated fats are equal, but we have solid medical and nutritional evidence for using it in our scoring algorithm.
This butter gets a B+, which is not at all a bad score, and is a fine product in moderation.
