Sometimes fast food is the only option and that's okay once in a while, but don't be fooled by what seems like a healthy choice. Anything on those fast food menus are full of artificial ingredients, preservatives, and, of course, saturated fats. The only thing on most fast food menus that don't fail to meet the FoodFacts.com standard for a health choice are side salads, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy a burger from time to time.
This Wendy's Spinach Chicken Salad does seem like the best choice on the menu, but take a look at the ingredient list and nutrition facts and you'll see that you may be better off just ordering a burger: bit.ly/11ROpF0

So, next time you find yourself opting for a quick bite, remember that you are at a fast food restaurant and there is no way of eating a low-calorie meal with virtually no controversial ingredients if you want to satisfy your hunger. Don't try to be healthy. Just get what appeals to you.
