Ingredients

  • 10Egg
  • 0.333333333333 CupAmerica's Choice Chopped Onions
  • 0.5 CupCelery, Raw
  • 8 TablespoonsAvocado, Raw
  • 1 TablespoonAmerica's Choice Squeezed Bottle Dijon Mustard
  • 1 TeaspoonMcCormick Paprika
  • 0.5 TeaspoonCento Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 PinchBaleine Sea Salt Fine Crystals

Preparation

In a bowl, combine eggs, onions, celery, avocado and mustard. Stir until well mixed. Add paprika, pepper and salt, stir to combine. Leftovers can be stored in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. Don't freeze.
