Ingredients

  • 2 CupsA Taste of Thai Lite Coconut Milk
  • 1 CupArrowhead Mills Organic Long Grain Brown Rice
  • 0.25 CupAlbertson's Clover Honey
  • 1 TeaspoonMcCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups365 Distilled Water
  • 1 TeaspoonMcCormick Ground Cinnamon

Preparation

Combine rice, water, coconut milk, and honey in saucepan or pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until rice is cooked. Add cinnamon and vanilla. Refrigerate several hours, until cold and thickened.
