I hope I remember this next time I'm mad at Comcast, but I love it that I can call them and say something like, "My bill is too high, please find a way to lower it", and they do. It works every time. This time, they removed an erroneous $17 charge, but also found me a new promotion, so I end up with more channels (which I won't watch) and a bill that's less than half what it has been. Yay!
