Potatoes Sweet Powder
Also known as Kumara. There are different varieties of kumara. The most common is red–skinned with a creamy white flesh. Golden kumara with a golden skin and flesh is also very popular. Kumara (sweet potato) is a very good source of fiber and potassium, and a good source of vitamins A and C. The kumara skins have a special sort of fiber which has a protective role against cancer so leave the skins on whenever you can. They also have some B group vitamins. A powder is a dry, bulk solid composed of a large number of very fine particles that may flow freely when shaken or tilted. Powders are a special sub-class of granular materials, although the terms powder and granular are sometimes used to distinguish separate classes of material. In particular, powders refer to those granular materials that have the finer grain sizes, and that therefore have a greater tendency to form clumps when flowing. Granulars refers to the coarser granular materials that do not tend to form clumps except when wet.
