Beef Roast Extra Lean
Roast beef is a cut of beef which is roasted in an oven. Roast beef is often served within sandwiches and sometimes is used to make hash. In England, Canada, Ireland, and Australia roast beef is one of the meats traditionally served at Sunday Dinner. A traditional side dish to roast beef is Yorkshire pudding. Extra Lean - Contains fewer than 5 grams of fat, less than 2 grams of saturated fat, and less than 95 mgs of cholesterol per serving and per 100 grams of meat, poultry, seafood or game meat.
