Tea: Tea leaves, which are a major ingredient of tea, provide instant energy as they have a rejuvenating impact on our body and refreshes our mind and body.But not more than 2 cups should be taken in a day that too with a sufficient gap.

Coffee: Coffee contains caffeine which when taken in a controlled amount is good to maintain a certain level of blood pressure so it is good for the people who have constant problem of low blood pressure. But as it is with tea the Preferred quantity of caffeine in taken should not be more than 2 cups in a day with a sufficient gap between the two. Try to avoid sugar with coffee or use sugar free for a healthy coffee.

Lemonade: Lemonade contains lemon, which is a vital source of Vitamin C that is good for both body and glowing skin. It can be taken as both sweet and salted. It helps to attain a leveled blood pressure and recover loss of water from body which drains out in the form of sweat. Avoid more sugar in lemonade, use honey instead.

Bananas: Bananas are thought to be instant source of energy because they are good source of carbohydrates which are nutrients that breaks down easily in body to provide us with energy.

Glucose: Glucose mixed in water can be an unbeatable source of energy. Mostly it is used for medicinal purpose by doctors because of its quality to readily mix in blood to provide body with instant energy.
